Vanessa Mullen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She enjoys helping young adults learn to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, and how to utilize communication skills to improve relationships. Vanessa also works with children and educates parents on positive parenting strategies that target behaviors and improve family functioning. Through an electric approach, Vanessa tailors each client’s treatment to fit their current needs and goals. As your therapist, her goal is to provide you with a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and emotions. He assists clients in setting realistic goals, and as immediately as possible, tries to motivate them to take the action steps necessary to feel healthier and happier right away.

Eric is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and earned his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California in 2006. Eric has over 20+ years working w/ children, teens, adults and families and has gained invaluable experience working in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatric, juvenile detention, community mental health, private non-profits, residential treatment and family and juvenile law.

Science and Spanish from Pitzer College in 1987. I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling from Le Tourneau in 2017. I have experience working in group homes, substance abuse, anxiety, depression and other co-occurring disorders. I am also interested in working with couples. Marriages undergo various changes from stressors, loss, roles as parents, and/or as each partner ages and changes as individuals.
